We strive to provide excellent and consistent customer service.
The following will explain all of Jumper Enterprises' current company policies, responsibilities that Jumper Enterprises customers are expected to uphold, and conditions that Jumper Enterprises customers are required to meet before each job is scheduled or completed.
This information is considered current as of 01/01/2026 and is subject to be updated or changed without notice.
- Communication: Jumper Enterprises will communicate, at will, via email, text message, and phone call.
IMPORTANT NOTICE: Jumper Enterprises CAN NOT receive picture messages at phone number 724-689-3148.
Any photos, videos, or other media must be sent via email to: jumperenterprises131@gmail.com .
Jumper Enterprises reserves the right to stop communicating and/or refuse service to any person at any time, for any reason, including suspicion of scams, communication not related to our services, customer communicating inappropriately/unprofessionally, etc.
New Customers/New Job Inquiries: Calls, emails, website messages, and text messages regarding an inquiry about a potential job request, a request for a quote, or discussion about jobs that have not yet been scheduled, will be responded to as soon as possible, but customers should allow 1 to 5 business days to receive a response.
Existing Customers/Upcoming Jobs: Calls, emails, and text messages regarding an upcoming job that has already been scheduled, will be responded to as soon as possible, proportionate to how soon the job is coming. For example, calls or texts regarding an upcoming job scheduled for a week or more in the future, may receive a response within a few days. Calls or texts regarding a job scheduled for the next day, may receive a response within a few hours. Calls or texts regarding an upcoming job scheduled for within the next few hours, should be answered immediately or within minutes.
Customer Confirmation: Jumper Enterprises requires confirmation from the customer before proceeding with any scheduled pickup or container delivery. Before departing for any scheduled job, Jumper Enterprises will contact the customer via call or text message to confirm the appointment. If the customer does not answer this call or text message to confirm, Jumper Enterprises may delay departure, reschedule, or cancel the job due to lack of confirmation from customer.
- Scheduling: Jumper Enterprises reserves the right to schedule, reschedule, postpone, or cancel any job at our sole discretion. Scheduling of individual jobs will be based on various factors such as job location, size of job, type of job etc.
For example, if we have a small job scheduled in a particular town, and another customer requests service for another small job in that same town, we might schedule that job for the same day, and turnaround time for that customer might be faster than another customer who requests service for a different kind of job in a different area. Because of this, customers should expect turnaround time to vary.
Upcoming weather conditions may cause a delay in scheduling, and unexpected weather conditions may cause current jobs to be rescheduled.
**New for 2026** Curbside Pickups and In-Home Removals will NOT be scheduled without customer first providing photos or an itemized list of items to be removed. Photos must be sent via email to jumperenterprises131@gmail.com
(Dumpster service and dumpster bag pickups can be scheduled without photos)
Curbside Pickups: Curbside pickups are generally scheduled within a 1 to 5 day turnaround time. Customers requesting curbside pickup must provide photos, or a detailed itemized description of items to be picked up, before the job will be scheduled. If Jumper Enterprises arrives on-site to complete a scheduled curbside pickup, and finds the items being removed exceed the photos or description that was provided, this may cause the pickup to be rescheduled or canceled.
In-Home Removals: In-Home Removals are generally scheduled within a 1 to 2 week turnaround time. Customers requesting in-home removal must provide photos, or a detailed itemized description of items to be picked up, before the job will be scheduled. In addition to photos or itemized list of items to be removed, customers requesting service for in-home removal are responsible for providing information about the route that the items will be taking to be removed. For example, if items being removed need to be taken up or down steps, or if items are known to be too large to fit through a doorway and need to be dissembled before removal, the customer is responsible for providing that information before scheduling the job. If Jumper Enterprises arrives on-site to complete a scheduled in-home removal, and finds that the customer had failed to disclose critical information about how items needed to be removed, this may cause the job to be rescheduled or canceled.
Dumpster Bag Pickup: Dumpster bag pickups are generally scheduled within a 1-5 day turnaround time. Photos are not required, but before scheduling, customers requesting dumpster bag pickup must provide the number of bags to be picked up, and must confirm that bags are filled and ready for pickup in the driveway or at curbside. If Jumper Enterprises arrives on-site to find that dumpster bags were not placed at curbside or in driveway, or if customer has more dumpster bags than were disclosed when scheduling, or if access to bag(s) is blocked, this may cause the pickup to be rescheduled or canceled.
Dumpster Service: Turnaround time for container delivery will vary significantly depending on supply and demand of containers, job location, and duration of time a customer plans to keep the container.
For example, a customer in a particular area, requesting to use a container for 1-2 days, may be able to schedule a container drop off within just a few days, whereas a customer in another area, requesting to use a container for several weeks or several months, may have to wait longer for their container to be delivered.
During times when all of our containers are occupied, new customers requesting a dumpster to be delivered will be placed on a waiting list. When a container becomes available, it will be delivered to the next customer on the waiting list who is ready to receive it. If the next customer on our waiting list for container delivery is unable to receive a container when it becomes available, that container may be delivered to the next customer on the list who is ready to receive it.
*New for 2026* Container pickup will NOT be scheduled until the customer has confirmed that the container is loaded and ready for pickup. Please note: Customer is responsible for ensuring that the container remains accessible for pickup. If Jumper Enterprises arrives on-site to pick up a container and finds that access to the container is blocked, container pickup will be rescheduled. Weather conditions, road conditions, holidays, and other factors may also cause a delay in pickup.
Appointment Times: Due to the nature of our services, appointment times are never guaranteed. Jumper Enterprises will schedule jobs to be completed on a certain day, and may give a general time frame such as “Tuesday morning” or “Wednesday Afternoon” but we can not provide exact times for appointments. However, Jumper Enterprises will always notify the customer when we are on the way to a job, giving at least a half an hour notice before arrival. Customers are encouraged to place items for pickup outside, and leave payment on-site or pay online, to avoid possible inconveniences that could be caused by a change or delay of arrival time.
- Handling of Items and Materials: Jumper Enterprises ONLY handles items and materials being removed from the property. Jumper Enterprises does NOT move, handle, or relocate any items that are not being removed from the property. It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure that all items being removed are clearly defined and made completely accessible before the scheduled pickup time. If Jumper Enterprises arrives on-site to find that other items are blocking access to the items being removed, this may cause the job to be rescheduled or canceled.
Jumper Enterprises does NOT remove items or materials that are attached to buildings or property in any way.
Jumper Enterprises does not disconnect or detach wiring of any kind. Jumper Enterprises does not disconnect or detach plumbing of any kind. Jumper Enterprises does not detach or remove any items or materials that are still attached to a wall, ceiling, or floor. Customer is responsible for disconnecting and/or detaching all items to be removed. If Jumper Enterprises arrives on-site to find that items being removed are still attached in any way, the job may be canceled or rescheduled.
*New for 2026* Jumper Enterprises does not handle piles of items or materials that have been outdoors for more than one month. Customers requesting pickup of items or materials that have been outside for more than one month must place these items or materials in a dumpster bag or dumpster for pickup.
- Ownership of items being removed: By hiring Jumper Enterprises to remove items or materials, the property owner therefore relinquishes all ownership of all items and materials being removed. Customers who hire Jumper Enterprises to remove unwanted items and materials, retain no control or responsibility of how the items are handled or distributed. Jumper Enterprises will handle, dismantle, destroy, retain, reuse, re-purpose, dispose, recycle, donate, or sell any items and materials at our discretion. Customers who have hired Jumper Enterprises to remove items or materials retain no right to control of, and no right to compensation for, any items that may be used, donated, or sold after the items have left the property. Once a job has been completed and paid for, the transaction is considered permanent. Once items and materials have left customer property, items can not, and will not, be returned to the customer for any reason.
- Pricing: Total price for any job will be determined based on various factors that include, but are not limited to, amount of items or materials being removed, type of items and materials being removed, and location within the property where items and materials are being removed from.
Minimum Charge for any transaction is $90.00
**New for 2026** Customers requesting a quote for “Curbside Pickup” or “In-Home Removal” must provide photos of all items to be removed, or provide a detailed, itemized list of items to be removed, in order to receive a quote.
If Jumper Enterprises arrives on-site to find any items that were not included in the photos or list that the customer provided, the total price will be greater than the original quoted price. Upon discussing the extra items not included in the original quote, if the customer does not approve the increase in price, the job may be canceled.
“Basic Prices” for any job are based on volume of items or materials to be removed, and are calculated in increments of ranges of cubic yards. These starting charges are for most items and materials, considered to be placed in the driveway or at curbside, and do not include “Specialty Items”. Extra charges for “Extra Distance”, “In-Home Removal”, “Up or Down Steps”, or “Specialty Items” will be added on top of “Basic Prices”, whenever applicable.

Please note: A “pickup truck load” is a term only used as an example to help customers determine their volume of items or materials to be removed. Actual price will never be based on whether or not a particular load could be hauled with any pickup truck of any shape or size.
*New for 2026* Curbside pickup is NOT available for loose small debris such as unbagged trash, rotten wood, leaves or clippings, loose plaster or shingles, loose dirt, etc. These materials must be placed in a dumpster bag or dumpster for pickup.

If Jumper Enterprises arrives on-site to find items being removed are still located inside of a house or building, there will be $100 per-load extra charge for In-Home Removal.
“Up or Down Steps” is defined as any situation where items or materials being removed are to be taken up or down any steps, anywhere on the property during the removal process. This includes steps up out of a basement, steps down from an upper floor, or steps anywhere in the yard or leading to a sidewalk or driveway. The fee for going up or down steps is $100 per flight of steps, per load. Please note: This charge applies regardless of how many items need to go up or down steps.
“Specialty Items” are defined as televisions, tires, paints, chemicals, fuels, or liquids. Televisions are $45 each, regardless of size or shape. Tires are $5 each, regardless of size or shape. Paints, chemicals, fuels and liquids are $2 per gallon. These charges are added on top of the basic price. Specialty items must be placed in a separate pile where they are clearly visible in photos submitted for quote. When requesting a quote for removal, it is the responsibility of the customer to fully disclose the total number of specialty items to be removed. If a quote for a job is given, but Jumper Enterprises arrives on-site to find specialty items that were not included in the original quote, there will be extra charges for additional specialty items.
